The winner of the Responsible Business Awards 2018, the microfinance organization “Crystal,” plans to start focusing on the employment of people with disabilities starting in 2019.

For this reason its staff received a one-day training conducted by the Education Development and Employment Center on the following topics: Employment of people with disabilities and Corporate Social Responsibility; workplace adjustments; supporting workplace adaptation and socialization; stigmas, stereotypes, terms and labels.
