Ilia Tshvaradze works as a checker in the reception department at Carrefour in Kutaisi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I had the experience of working as a gold pawn appraiser in the banking sector, but I wanted to try my luck in another field and have a relatively higher salary. That’s why I decided to go to the Employment Center. I had an interview with an employment consultant. An individual work plan tailored to my skills and interests was made, as a result of which I needed career orientation training. I participated in the Job Fair organized by the Education Development and Employment Center. I was interviewed by several companies there but could not fit any of the vacancies for several reasons. I live in Samtredia, and employment in Kutaisi was related to transportation costs. I needed a job where the pay would be appropriate. After the Job Fair, I continued to cooperate with the Employment Center, believing that a\u00a0\u00a0suitable vacancy would appear. Employment consultants continued to consult with me individually and share information about available vacancies. I was interested in the vacancy announced by Carrefour and was referred to as a checker in the receiving department of the warehouse. I got a job based on a successful interview and the recommendation of the center’s consultants. The company has good conditions, a decent salary, good insurance, and a flexible schedule. I think that at this stage I am doing quite well with the assigned duties, and I hope that I will be able to cope with that more successfully in the future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The main principles of my life are loyalty, hard work, honesty, and integrity. Despite many challenges, I believe that these qualities help me in my career. Wherever I have to be, whatever I have to do, I put in a lot of enthusiasm and hard work.
