The training was led by HR professional and trainer Anna Gabeskiria and was attended by 40 employers. Similar training sessions will be held in October.<\/p>\n<p>The training was organized within the EU-funded project ESCape- Employment, Support, Counselling to Meet Labour Market Needs. The aim of the project is to foster employability and employment in Tbilisi and the six selected regions of Adjara, Imereti, Kakheti, Kvemo-Kartli, Samegrelo, and Shida-Kartli.<\/p>\n<p>The project is implemented by the consortium: the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), the State Employment Support Agency (SESA), the Democracy Development Agency (DDA), and the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 21-22, the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) organized a training for employers, the aim of which was to promote modern approaches to human capital management regarding the employment of persons with special needs.
