Here, the respective needs, problems,<br \/>\nand challenges were discussed.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Lika Kiladze, Chairperson of the Board of the<br \/>\nEducation Development and Employment Center (EDEC) talked about the ongoing project<br \/>\nand the relevant discussion topics. Archil Khandamashvili, Mayor of the Gurjaani Municipality,<br \/>\nand Teona Julukhadze, representative of ASB Georgia, greeted all participants<br \/>\nand joined the discussions actively.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Moreover, Giga Sopromadze, Executive<br \/>\nSecretary of the Council working on People with Disabilities in Tbilisi City<br \/>\nHall talked about their support services. Giorgi Akhmeteli, Executive<br \/>\nDirector of the movement Accessible Environment for Everyone presented the<br \/>\nresults of Europe Foundation\u2019s survey &#8220;Use of Public Finances for people<br \/>\nwith disabilities \u2013 Inclusion and Participation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The event was held within the framework of<br \/>\nthe EU-funded project \u201cEqual Opportunities for People with Disabilities.\u201d It is<br \/>\nimplemented by Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Georgia (ASB Georgia) in cooperation<br \/>\nwith its partner organizations, the Education Development and Employment Center<br \/>\n(EDEC) and the Accessible Environment for Everyone.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On July 4th, the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) held a round table meeting in Gurjaani about supporting services for people with disabilities.
