(LEARN for Employment!)\u201c"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">If you would like to acquire a new profession or develop your competencies and become employed in the tourism or maritime sectors;<br \/>If you represent the vocational education and training (VET) institution and want to develop a vocational program in tourism or maritime fields;<br \/>If you own a tourism and maritime business and need qualified human resources<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">This project is for you!<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The EU funded project Learn, Exercise, Achieve, Receive, Network for Employment! (LEARN for Employment!) aims at promoting an efficient transition model from education to the labor market largely supporting increased employment, social integration, and decreased poverty and vulnerability levels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">36-month project implemented in six regions of Georgia: Imereti, Guria, Racha-Lechkhumi, Adjara, Shida Kartli, and Kakheti has two specific objectives:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">to contribute to continuous\/life-long career guidance and to the development of employment services;<br \/>to contribute to increased PPP through labor market needs assessments, demand-driven education, WBL, and apprenticeships in the maritime and tourism sectors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">Within the project, 3,240 job seekers will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to apply to jobs in the open labor market; among them, at least 720 beneficiaries will participate in VET, on-the-job training, and internship programs, and a minimum of 50% of them will become employed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The EU-funded project &#8220;Learn, Exercise, Achieve, Receive, Network for Employment!
