On November 8, within the framework of the program "Future Generation", a training was organized on advocacy and civil rights protection for members and leaders of clubs in 30 target schools.
The aim of the training was to encourage students to participate in public policy making processes and to acquire appropriate skills.
The training was interactive. The participants were divided into groups and they developed advocacy campaign plans for the solution of the most important problem in the community.
Civic education programme “Future Generation” is implemented by “PH International” in partnership with the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) in Imereti region. The programme is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
