{"id":16207,"date":"2021-05-31T17:23:23","date_gmt":"2021-05-31T13:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/edec.ge\/the-final-workshop-for-the-project-master-of-my-house-share-good-perspectives-housemaster-3-was-held\/"},"modified":"2021-05-31T17:23:23","modified_gmt":"2021-05-31T13:23:23","slug":"the-final-workshop-for-the-project-master-of-my-house-share-good-perspectives-housemaster-3-was-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edec.ge\/en\/the-final-workshop-for-the-project-master-of-my-house-share-good-perspectives-housemaster-3-was-held\/","title":{"rendered":"The final workshop for the project \u201cMaster of My House \u2013 Share Good perspectives\u201d (Housemaster 3) was held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The final workshop for the project \u201cMaster of My House \u2013 Share Good perspectives\u201d (Housemaster 3) was held virtually using the zoom platform, on the 27<sup>th<\/sup> of May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop will bring together representatives of vocational colleges and higher education institutions, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the State Employment Service Agency, the Employment Agency of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, and real estate development companies operating in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the workshop opening, the representatives from the implementing organizations- the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO e.V), the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC), and the Charity Humanitarian Center Abkhazeti (CHCA) will sum up the results and progress reached in the construction as well as vocation education sector in the frame of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The management of the College \u201cConstruct2\u201d and invited experts will present the program \u201cMaintenance and Management of the Building and the Infrastructure of the Property Owned by the Building\u201d developed within the framework of the project Housemaster 3.<\/p>\n<p>The program is based on German experience and includes the following modules: Technical Inspection of Building and the Infrastructure of the property Owned by the Building, Basics of Judicial Regulations on Work-Related Relations, Industrial Practice, Introductory Practice, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Foreign Language.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of the meeting will be dedicated to the discussion and gathering ideas regarding the multiplication of project results from different perspectives, as well as to the promotion of the newly established program \u201cMaintenance and Management of the Building and the Infrastructure of the Property Owned by the Building\u201d and the profession of the \u201cHousemaster\u201d. Participants will be split into five sub-groups: Central Government, Local Government, vocational colleges, business community\/employers, and population.<\/p>\n<p>The project \u201cMaster of My House \u2013 Share Good Perspectives\u201d (housemaster 3) is implemented by the Housing Initiative for Eastern Europe (IWO e.V), the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) end the Charity Humanitarian Center \u201cAbkhazeti\u201d (CHCA) with the financial support from the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
