“I was unemployed, that\u2019s why I contacted employment consultants and we scheduled a meeting. They took into account my knowledge, interests and started to find appropriate job for me, based on my skills and needs. They also helped me with my CV. The job was found soon. First an interview took place and then I went through an internship for a week, learned about products, and became an official employee of MANAMO HOME. I feel very comfortable, the environment is super friendly and if any problem occurs we always try to resolve it as a team. Employment consultants are regularly involved in my work process, which makes environment even more comfortable” – She tells us.<\/p>\n
The EU-funded project \u201cLearn, Exercise, Achieve, Receive, Network for Employment! (LEARN for Employment!)\u201c is implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC), the Telavi Education Development and Employment Center (TEDEC), the Employment Agency of the Autonomous Region of Adjara (EAARA), Abkhazintercont (AIC) and the Guria Youth Reource Center (GYRC).<\/p>\n
The project implemented in six regions of Georgia \u2013 Imereti, Guria, Racha-Lechkhumi, Adjara, Shida Kartli, and Kakheti \u2013 aims to promote an efficient transition model from education to the labor market largely supporting increased employment, social integration, and decreased poverty and vulnerability levels.<\/p>\n
