I was a job seeker and thought I should try my luck everywhere. In our time, you can discover a lot of opportunities from social networks, so I was constantly watching for any information in the employment field.<\/p>\n
I read about Ozurgeti\u2019s Career Counseling and Employment Service Center and contacted the representatives. That’s how I ended up with them and went through all the stages that were important for my employment. Based on the consultation, the employment consultants registered me in the database of job seekers and made an individual assessment plan based on my skills and needs. It turned out that in order to increase my competencies, I needed to take various training courses, and this was more opportunity to find myself in a place where I could discover and realize my own skills.<\/p>\n
Then was a Job Fair in Batumi, where I gained the experience of participating in live interview processes with employers. It happened that no one contacted me on the first try. I didn’t worry too much, on the contrary, I found that I was facing the challenge of presenting myself better and I also realized that overcoming obstacles makes us stronger.<\/p>\n
After the Batumi Job Fair, the same Event was also held in Ozurgeti, and the employment consultants informed me about this opportunity. I came there better prepared and was interviewed by several companies. The interview with the employer of\u00a0 “Elite Electronics” turned out to be successful for me and I got a job as a consultant. Life has changed for the better.<\/p>\n
