My first place of work was McDonald&#8217;s birthday center in Tbilisi. Soon I realized that the relationship with the little ones gave me the greatest happiness. When people asked me what my dream was, I kept responding: to have my own kindergarten, in order to be filled with childish kindness and joy. Just so happened that I worked in a bank for some time, but soon I realized &#8211; the most important thing in life is to do what you love the most.<\/p>\n<p>I learned about the Employment Center from a friend and contacted employment consultants. That&#8217;s how we recorded the first meeting. When I arrived at the meeting, I found a very warm environment. The representatives of the Employment Center gave me counseling and started looking for a job corresponding to my experience and interests. In a short time, they contacted me and arranged an interview with a potential employer who was planning to open a kindergarten. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the opening of the kindergarten was called off, so I went to Germany, to my parents. I spent some time there. When I came back, I again applied to the employment center as a job seeker. In the shortest time, employment consultants contacted me and offered me the manager position of &#8220;Eco Garden&#8221; kindergarten. I happily agreed. After a successful interview, I got a job in this position.<\/p>\n<p>I am proud that I dared and did not give up on my dreams.
