On April 6th, the Business School, a joint a project of the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and Kutaisi
\nUniversity in partnership with Finca Bank started.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

Pupils from high schools based in Kutaisi
\nwill have the opportunity to learn about Business Management, Financial
\nManagement, Marketing Management, Resource Mobilization, and legal issues
\nrelated to business activities.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The project will last a total of 3 months.
\nThe first lecturer to meet with the pupils was Goderdzi Shanidze, Professor at
\nKutaisi University and Akaki Tsereteli State University. As a surprise on the starting
\nday pupils also received gifts from Kutaisi University.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

A total of 60 pupils were selected based on
\ntheir applications and interviews. During the course they will receive
\ntheoretical knowledge and gather practical experiences; they will also meet
\nwith representatives of successful businesses.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

After finishing Business School, 20
\npupils with outstanding skills will take part in a competition and solve real
\nbusiness cases.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
