Amongst others, the following was discussed in detail:<br \/>\nresponsibilities of the caretaker; construction defects; safety; inspection;<br \/>\nmaintenance of a house; analysis of changes, target groups, and approaches;<br \/>\ncommunication; and conflict management.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Based on German experiences, training<br \/>\nmodules have been worked out by the Education Development and Employment Center<br \/>\nin cooperation with the vocational college \u201cConstruct 2.\u201d So far, three are<br \/>\nready for implementation: <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">mandatory security measures to create a<br \/>\nsafe living environment \u2013 management of dangers and risks; <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">maintenance of communication systems in the<br \/>\nbuilding and elimination of defects; <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">maintenance of the building and elimination<br \/>\nof defects.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The aims of the project are to support new caretaking<br \/>\nservices and the introduction of the janitor profession in Georgia. Target<br \/>\ngroups are young people, representatives of the vocational colleges, homeowner<br \/>\nassociations, and decision-makers.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The project \u201cMaster of My House \u2013 Build up<br \/>\nfor Future!\u201d is implemented by the three NGOs Housing Initiative for Eastern<br \/>\nEurope (IWO), the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and the<br \/>\nCharity Humanitarian Center \u201cAbkhazeti\u201d (CHCA) with the support of the German Ministry<br \/>\nof Foreign Affairs.
