{"id":9815,"date":"2020-03-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-01T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/edec.ge\/civil-club-members-of-the-program-future-generation-met-judge-simon-chkhaidze\/"},"modified":"2020-08-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-08-03T20:00:00","slug":"civil-club-members-of-the-program-future-generation-met-judge-simon-chkhaidze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edec.ge\/en\/civil-club-members-of-the-program-future-generation-met-judge-simon-chkhaidze\/","title":{"rendered":"Civil Club members of the program \u201cFuture Generation\u201d met judge Simon Chkhaidze"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"DE\">Civil Club members of the program \u201cFuture<br \/>\nGeneration\u201d met Simon Chkhaidze, a lifetime judge at the Tbilisi Civil Court of The appeal, who was glad to talk about his profession and career experience.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"DE\">In the beginning, the students were introduced<br \/>\nto currently important and interesting legal issues as well as the human<br \/>\nrights, the profession of the judge, the specifics of the court system, legal<br \/>\nmechanisms to prevent cyberbullying, and the employment situation of young<br \/>\njudges.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"DE\">Afterward, a photo exhibition on activities<br \/>\ncarried out by students paying attention to informational campaigns on human<br \/>\nrights protection, early marriage, and prevention of bullying at school allowed<br \/>\nthe participants to reflect on the day.<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"DE\">The program &#8220;Future Generation&#8221; aims<br \/>\nto improve the curriculum of civic education in schools. It also encourages<br \/>\npupils to apply their theoretical education in real-life situations. It is<br \/>\nsupported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and financed by<br \/>\nthe United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
