On 7th and 8th of May, a Professional Orientation training
\nwas held on Zoom for the potential participants of the dual education program
\nin the Samegrelo region. <\/o_p><\/p>\n

The aim of the training was the introduction of various communication
\ntechniques and working on effective self-presentation; this included the assessment
\nof their own skills, as well as learning about CV forms, business interview
\ntechniques, business etiquette norms, and their application.<\/p>\n

<\/o_p><\/p>\n

The dual education program is part of the EU-funded project
\n\u201cEU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in Conflict-affected
\nAreas in Georgia and Ukraine.” The initiative aims to widen education,
\nemployment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for internally displaced persons
\nand conflict-affected youth and encourages their significant participation in
\nthe community. In Georgia, it is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council
\n(DRC) and the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).<\/p>\n
