Another special guest was<br \/>\nDalila Tsatava, President of the Georgian Gastronomy Association, who spoke online<br \/>\nabout the art of cooking.<o_p><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">To bring the theory alive, a study visit to the Hotel Garden<br \/>\nPalace was organized. Here, participants met the chef and sous-chef. The purpose of<br \/>\nthe visit was to get familiar with the standard layout of a professional kitchen,<br \/>\ntechnical equipment, and workplace rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><o_p><\/o_p><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The dual education program is part of the EU-funded project<br \/>\n\u201cEU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in<br \/>\nConflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine.&#8221; The project aims to widen<br \/>\neducation, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for internally<br \/>\ndisplaced persons and conflict-affected youth and encourages their significant<br \/>\nparticipation in the community.
