The exam committee had an opportunity to evaluate the knowledge and skills of each program in the imitated working environment. The exam included the following components:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">\u2022 creating dishes independently, safely, and timely;<br \/>\u2022 balancing taste and creativity;<br \/>\u2022 completing the design of the prepared dishes;<br \/>\u2022 correct ways of using the knife when working with the vegetables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">Graduates will be involved in a 3-month paid internship in different food facilities in the Samegrelo region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The program is implemented within the framework of the project \u201cEU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The project aims to widen education, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for internally displaced persons and conflict-affected youth and encourages their significant participation in the community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">EU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment, and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) in Georgia.
