Online training of skills development was held for specialists of the daycare service centers of children and people with disabilities by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) in cooperation with MAC Georgia (McLain Association for Children, Georgia). The topic of the training was: \u201cThe Elements of Sensory Integration and Sensory Stimulation\u201d.<\/p>\n

The training was led by Teoina Darchia, the Occupational Therapist at MAC Georgia.
After the 3-day training, the participants will pass the test. In case if the daycare center specialists successfully complete the test, they will receive the training participation certificate.<\/p>\n

The training on sensory integration therapy will enable the daycare center specialists to support the children and people with disabilities with functioning independently in the natural environment and increasing their participation in daily activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
