In total, 39 people participated in the courses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">Training courses include both theoretical and practical parts. At present, beneficiaries of the programs are engaged in a 3-month paid internship offered by various local partner companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">Natia Namicheishvili, the Executive Director of Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC), and Nino Khokhobaia, the Head of Programs at the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) awarded the program beneficiaries with certificates. The ceremony was attended by the representatives of partner companies, namely: BDC Academy, the beauty salon Sempre and the Chief Liana Induashvili, who provided theoretical and practical course. Representatives of the employer companies &#8211; Food Alliance, Gitana, the hotel Mtserlebi, the restaurant Shin da Gori and the beauty salons Sempre and Epilusi &#8211; also attended the event. These companies offered internships to the program beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The program is implemented within the framework of the project \u201cEU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">The project aims to widen education, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for internally displaced persons and conflict-affected youth and encourages their significant participation in the community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6px 0px;\">EU4Youth \u2013 Enhancing Youth Education, Employment, and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) in Georgia.
