6-day trainer training on social entrepreneurship has ended

The first phase of the six-day training for trainers (TOT) on the theme of Social Entrepreneurship has been completed. The training was conducted online and brought together 17 teachers of Imereti and Shida Kartli schools, as well as 8 students from the universities, selected through a competition. During the training, participants had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of social entrepreneurship, social enterprise management, and organizational culture, explore legal aspects related to entrepreneurship, learn teaching and learning methods, and share international experiences in social entrepreneurship.

TOT training was organized within the framework of the EU-funded project “Fostering Youth Social Entrepreneurship and Practical Career Management Skills in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia through the Innovative Social Student Companies (SSC) Approach”.

The project’s objective is to promote the participation of young people in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia, especially vulnerable young people, in democratic activities and the labor market, social cohesion, and the reduction of inequality in the Eastern Partnership countries through sustainable development.

The project is co-funded by the European Union.
