Avtandil Kobuladze joined the Education Development and Employment Center in 2011. He is a logistics manager and worked at the Kutaisi Aviation Technical Factory from 1998 to 2008. Avtandil received his academic education at the Tbilisi Technical University and became a specialist in ferrous and non-ferrous metal manufaction.
