On January 20-21, in  Poti, the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) held a training session for representatives of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises on the topic: “From an entrepreneur’s vision to a small strategy”. The purpose of the training was to develop the skills of long-term business planning and vision progress for the trainees; to acquire basic knowledge about the importance and models of business development roadmap and to enlighten techniques of road map preparation. The training was led by Lika Kiladze, Chairperson of the Board of the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).

The training was organized within the framework of the project “Capacity Building of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Poti”, which is implemented with the support of he USAID Economic Security Program and APM Terminals Poti. In Poti, the project is implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center.
