Education Development and Employment Center organized a training course for young people living in Ambrolauri municipality. The training aimed to promote the development of knowledge and skills about the use of modern communication technologies for citizen engagement, increase awareness about modern communication platforms, mobilization of supporters, dissemination of verified information, expression of citizens’ position and mechanisms for participation in the decision-making process, planning, and implementation of advocacy campaigns.
The training course was held within the framework of the project Fostering Decentralization and Good Governance at the Local Level in Georgia (DGG) implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) with the Financial support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
