After touring the Coca-Cola factory, the members of the Youth Center paid a visit to “Food Alliance,” a Georgian-French enterprise established in 2019 by Georgian and French partners with extensive business and production experience.
“Food Alliance” specializes in producing bread and pastries at its facility in the village of Natakhtari using the deep freezing method. This method not only extends the shelf life of the products but also preserves their nutritional value, appearance, and taste.
During the visit, the members of the Youth Center observed the preparation process for various products, from baguettes and croissants to traditional Georgian khachapuri and lobiani. They also had the opportunity to try out delicious croissants and other pastries.
