Phase two of the training cycle on the topic of employment services for persons with disabilities was completed.
The second phase of the training cycle about the employment services for people with disabilities was held for staff members from the Social Service Agency.
Participants improved their skills in effective communication and conflict management. They were also trained on career planning models and techniques crucial for conducting seminars on professional orientation.
The training will significantly help staff members from the Social Service Agency to effectively carry out employment support activities for people with disabilities.
The trainings are organized within the framework of the project “Education, Employ, Advocate and Legislate for Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities” (EEAL)
