A seminar on family planning was held for women

Kutaisi Youth Center organized a seminar on family planning for mothers of children with disabilities. The seminar was conducted by Nana Nebieridze, a representative from the organization Iner in Georgia.

Family planning is a key component of healthy relationships in modern life. It helps couples to develop family relationships properly, to define the number of children they want to have, calculate the gaps between births and avoid unwanted pregnancies and abortions.

The seminar was organized within the framework of the Promoting Integration, Tolerance, and Awareness (PITA) Program, implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program partner is the Kutaisi Education Development and Employment Center (KEDEC).
