Students of the Business School visited the
meat-producing company “Extra Meat.”

Salome Khurtsidze, Head of Food Safety
Group, and Tornike Basanov, Convenience Food Technologist, hosted the students.
They talked about the rules of meat-producing processes, used technologies for
convenience food, the company’s history, and its current situation.

The Business School is a joint project of
the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and Kutaisi University
in partnership with “Finca Bank” and the pharmacy chain “PSP”.

After finishing the Business School, 20 out
of 60 pupils will take part in a competition and solve real business cases.
