Teona Purtskhvanidze, representative of the
Czech non-profit organization “People in Need,” dressed up in a fairytale
cloak and told stories to the beneficiaries of the Kutaisi Day Care Center for Children
with Disabilities “Magic World.”

At the end of the day, she gifted her fairytale
book to the center – we are very thankful.

Activities such as storytelling encourage
positive thinking and have a good influence on the children’s cognitive
development.

The Day Care Centers Program is implemented
by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) with support of the
Social Service Agency of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the
Occupied Territories, Labour, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia.
