Tsikaridze and Nino Mazmishvili, childhood friends and founders of the art
salon “Creatorium,” have big plans after finishing the Entrepreneurship School.

The founders of the art salon “Creatorium”, Mariam
Tsikaridze and Nino Mazmishvili, are not only participants of the
entrepreneurship school but also friends since their childhood. They used the knowledge received at the school correctly and are now trying to expand their
business as well as to obtain additional financial resources.

One of their former business goals was to organize weddings
and various celebrations. The women behind “Creatorium” used the mentoring
service wisely to achieve this goal. Ia Saginashvili, Head of the festive design
company “Kochinela,” gave professional instructions and
recommendations. Coaching included the evaluation of the already existing event
services, analyzing photo and video material, learning about current trends and
requirements of design and event management.

 “Entrepreneurship School has taught us a lot and helped
us to find ourselves in the business field. We do not stop looking for funding
sources. The entrepreneurial school also actively supports us in this direction,”
said Mariam Tsikaridze and Nino Mazmishvili.

The mentoring program for young entrepreneurs is part of the
EU-funded project “EU4Youth – Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and
Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine.” The
initiative aims to widen education, employment, and entrepreneurial
opportunities for internally displaced persons and conflict-affected youth and
encourages their significant participation in the community. In Georgia, it is
implemented by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the Education Development
and Employment Center (EDEC).
