Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) held certification of participants of a Kindergarten Teacher training program on September 18, 2020, in Gori.
Within the Dual Vocational Education Programs, short-term vocational training courses in kindergarten teachers are held for internally displaced persons and conflict-affected youth residing in the Shida Kartli region. 13 people participate in the courses.
Training courses include both theoretical and practical parts. The beneficiaries of the program will be engaged in a 3-month paid internship.
The program is implemented within the framework of the project “EU4Youth – Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine”.
The project aims to widen education, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities for internally displaced persons and conflict-affected youth and encourages their significant participation in the community.
