Ana Nizharadze is a young volunteer and the author of the volunteer initiative “Let’s Clean Svaneti Together!”.

My first volunteering:
At the age of 12, I decided to volunteer. Then that little girl could not even comprehend what she was doing just enjoying and giving happiness. I already know the price of the steps then, I am still in the cool news.

By volunteering we can:
Education, youth, and children are important issues, but the main ones are poverty reduction and social welfare. Volunteering in its essential importance can change reality in almost every social direction.

The best volunteer campaign/volunteer:

Each member of my organization welcomes my every initiative with a smile. Despite the dark nights and tiring days, they spend their time, energy, and enthusiasm to give people what they lack, need, or expect. For me, the best volunteer campaigns are the LAG Challenges of Upper Svaneti (initiated to help the elderly and the disabled). I personally saw the eyes blinking with the desire to help and if these people are reading this now, I want to tell them that I am proud! … that Svaneti, and Georgia in general, has volunteers!
