Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC), organized another workshop for the members of the Akhaltsikhe Youth Council on the topic “Development of entrepreneurship competence for young people.” The goal of the meeting was to raise the awareness of the member’s youth council about entrepreneurship, career development, and socio-economic empowerment. The invited expert spoke about entrepreneurial competence and career development,  eight basic skills that a citizen should possess, including entrepreneurship, skills for identifying opportunities, developing and implementing ideas, effective management of resources, promoting personal development among young people, and skills necessary for self-employment. The workshop was chaired by Mariam Zazadze, a youth worker and an expert in the youth field.
