Together with her children, Natia
Jimsheleishvili, poetess and director of the Publishing House “Ukimerioni,”
visited the Kutaisi Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities “Magic
World” and dressed up in a fairytale costume. She told popular stories and
gifted an issue of her poetry collection to the beneficiaries of the center.

Activities such as storytelling encourage
positive thinking and have a good influence on the children’s cognitive
development.

The Day Care Centers Program is implemented
by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) with support of the
Social Service Agency of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the
Occupied Territories, Labour, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia.
