Training on career management and professional development was held for the members of the Kutaisi Youth Center.

The training aimed to introduce effective communication techniques and the skills necessary for business relationships to the participants of the workshop. 

The participants practiced CV writing and effective self-presentation during job interviews.

The training was organized within the framework of the Promoting Integration, Tolerance, and Awareness (PITA) Program, implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program partner is the Kutaisi Education Development and Employment Center (KEDEC).
