A career planning training was held for the beneficiaries of the project “Individual Needs-Based Vocational Education and Employment Support for People with Disabilities”. 

The training aimed to introduce communication techniques and to strengthen the communication skills of the participants. They were also introduced to the various forms of CVs, job interview techniques, and business etiquette.

Nino Tvalvadze, Deputy Mayor of Kutaisi attended the event. She also visited the organizations and institutions where people with disabilities will receive work-related trainings.

The project provides vocational training and employment opportunities to the people with disabilities who do not have access to state vocational education programs due to their lack of basic education.

The project “Individual Needs-Based Vocational Education and Employment Support for People with Disabilities” is implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) with the financial assistance of Kutaisi City Hall.
