On February 16th, the Education Development
and Employment Center (EDEC) held a final tournament among the participants of
the educational program’s “Public Speaking and Debate Techniques”
training.

Graduates of the Karl Popper debate format
(political format) talked about children’s rights protection in Georgia. Team
“Murphy,” consisting of Nia Gugutsidze, Mariam Gibradze, and Nino
Burjanadze won the group competition.

Throughout the tournament, also the individual
top speakers were announced:

were awarded certificates and prizes.
