21 years old Gulo Gochashvili from Akhalgori is another successful beneficiary of the EU4Youth project implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) together with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC).

Gulo heard about Dual Vocational Education Program for Bakers from a friend. Although she has never worked in this field, she joined the training program with great interest. Gulo successfully passed the training and internship phase and was employed in the modern confectionery factory “Food Alliance”.

“This program gave me a great motivation to develop myself in food technology. I am going to continue my studies in this field, gain more knowledge and develop professionally. “

Dual Vocational Education Program for Bakers is implemented by Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) within the EU-funded project “EU4Youth – Enhancing Youth Education, Employment and Participation in Conflict-affected Areas in Georgia and Ukraine”.
