After several fair in various regions of Georgia the Job fair for people with disabilities was held in the capital Tbilisi. 

Within the framework of fair, job seekers were able to meet potential employers face-to-face and show their skills and abilities. 28 companies and more than 100 persons with disabilities participated in the fair. 

Among the potential employers were well-known companies such as the Retail Group Georgia, the Adjara Group (Holiday Inn, Rooms Hotels, Fabrika), Smart, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, the Palitra Group, VTB Bank, Tegeta Motors, the Tbilisi Marriott as well as the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. 

The fair was organized within the framework of the project “Educate, Employ, Advocate and Legislate for Equal Opportunities for People with Disabilities” (EEAL) implemented by Kutaisi Education Development and Employment Center (KEDEC)* along with the Telavi Education Development and Employment Center and the Georgian Committee of the International Campaign to ban landmines “Ottawa -98” with financial assistance of the European Union.
