Members of the Kutaisi Youth Center joined the campaign organized within the framework of World AIDS Day. Campaigners disseminated information on healthcare services for the elimination of HIV/AIDS through leaflets and flyers throughout the city.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, especially among young people.

The  event was organized within the framework of the Promoting Integration, Tolerance, and Awareness (PITA) Program, in partnership with the NGOs “New Way,” “Tanadgoma” and “HERA XXI”. PITA is implemented by the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program partner is the Kutaisi Education Development and Employment Center (KEDEC).
