Irine Khachapuridze-Bandzeladze, a headteacher of a primary
classes at Kutaisi First Public School prepared an interesting music therapy session
for the beneficiaries of the Daycare Centers for Children and Persons with
 Disabilities.
In the beginning, she spoke about the work of Georgian
composer Inola Gurgulia; later she performed some of the artist’s most famous
songs on the piano. The children joined her singing happily and enjoyed the
 time together.
Such activities do not only support the development of
cognitive skills but also help to stay positive during challenging periods such
 as self-isolation.
