Within the cooperation between the
Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) and the Continuing Education
Center of Akaki Tsereteli State University, the second phase of the internship
program for special education teachers has started.

Five students, both, undergraduates and
postgraduates from the Faculties of Pedagogy and Philology took part in the
internship to become internationally-competitive and highly-qualified special
education teachers for daycare centers.

The internship covers a total of 200 hours.
Interns were interviewed and will also afterward be assessed by a special
commission; certificates will be awarded accordingly.
