“Success has its stages, you develop at each stage and learn to get to the next one. Don’t be in a hurry, be passionate about what you do, and everything will work out for you.”

I am 30 years old. Cooking is the field in which I have invested 14 years of my life and a lot of love. For years, I worked as a cook in the hotel restaurants of Sekvetili Ureki and Grigoleti. I  mostly had seasonal jobs, then I returned to my hometown, Ozurgeti, and continued working in the restaurant there. The restaurant was temporarily closed due to renovation work and I started looking for a new job. I already had information about the Employment Center, so I  contacted and made an appointment with them.

I would not consider employment in any other field because cooking is my profession. I am a very active, sociable, hardworking and cheerful person. I believe that the working environment and people around you play an important  role in creating motivation and positive thinking. A place where you don’t feel good can become an obstacle to your skills, imagination and inspiration. Therefore, in addition to defining the field, the work environment was no less a priority for me. As a result of interviews with employment consultants, an individual assessment plan tailored to my skills and interests was made. Based on his experience, they soon found a job in the restaurant “Ozurgeti Terrace”. After a successful interview, the result of employment came.

The environment where I work is friendly and comfortable. I am satisfied, I am doing my favorite job and most importantly, I am gaining the most important and valuable  – experience for this profession.
