Success story from Kakheti

Eliso Teimurazishvili currently works as a sales operator at Georgian Post.

“People often get used to being in one place. We have a great desire to move forward, but we are afraid. Free yourself from fears, there is nothing more dangerous in life than getting used to something.”

I often look for information on different platforms. I strongly believe that a lot of benefits can be gotten from the online space. Social networks, of all their flaws, have great resources, it only depends on a consumer how to use them. I came across the information about the employment program on social networks, and as a job seeker,  filled out the online registration form.

I worked in the banking field for years, but I felt that had completely exhausted myself in this field. I was looking for a job that would give me the opportunity to work in a relaxed environment with a schedule tailored to me. I am a brave, hardworking, and active person, constantly striving for innovations and development.

Very soon, the Employment Center representatives gave me a call and I was asked to get to the office.  I didn’t think too much and went to the interview. The Employment consultants made an individual assessment plan tailored to my skills and interests and I was told that with this experience, they would be able to find a suitable job in no time. And so it happened. They called and offered me a job as a sales operator at  Post of Georgia.  I used my chance and went to an interview with the employer. This field was new to me, however, I gladly accepted the challenge and completed a 3-month internship. The next step was the result of employment.

The place where I work exactly reflects my ideas of a comfortable workspace. It was as if I found myself in a completely different world. I was so used to working with numbers, sometimes I can’t believe I’m here today. All my wishes slowly became reality. I really wanted to learn languages, but I never had time. Now I often have to serve tourists in my new job, so I’m gradually learning languages. I am happy and satisfied. There is still a long way to go, and I know many more business journeys are still ahead.
