Project Coordinator

Thea Shelia is part of the Education Development and Employment Center since its establishment. She was involved in numerous projects and had different positions. In 2018-2021, Tea was the Coordinator of the “Future Generation” program in the Imereti region. Then she was an Employment Consultant within the EU-funded project “Learn for Employment!”. Now Thea is the Program Coordinator of the USAID program “Unity through Diversity”

Tea graduated from the Georgian State University of Subtropical Agriculture with a degree in Biotechnology. She participated in several study programs to improve her skills, learned project management as part of the Danish Refugee Council project “Toward a Fair Society”, and was involved in the Heinrich Boell Foundation South Caucasus Office’s project “Who is Afraid of Feminism” and other educational programs.
