Tea Shelia is part of the Education Development and Employment Center since its establishment. She was involved in numerous projects and held already different positions. In 2018-2021, Tea has been the coordinator of the “Future Generation” program in the Imereti region. At present she is a career consultant within the EU-funded project “Learn for Employment!”.
Tea graduated from the Georgian State University of Subtropical Agriculture with a degree in Biotechnology. She participated in a number of study programs to improve her skills, learned project management as part of the Danish Refugee Council project “Toward a Fair Society”, and was involved in the Heinrich Boell Foundation South Caucasus Office’s project “Who is Afraid of Feminism” and other educational programs.
