The Members of the Civic Club of Ilemi Public School, participants of the program “Future Generation”, started the implementation of their awarded project. .
Members of the Civic Education Club “Edelweiss” in collaboration with the school administration and the local government set a speed limit sign near the school and drew a zebra crossing.
As a result of the cooperation with the local government, the village’s landfills were replaced with garbage bins and a regular cleaning service was established.
In the second stage, after the advocacy campaign, the road infrastructure which leads to the school was arranged. Members of Civic Club installed the road banner and repaired a bridge near the school.

The program “Future Generation” is implemented by PH International with financial assistance from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. The program in Imereti and Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti Regions is implemented by Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).
