On April 25, the Alliance of Social Enterprises held an Easter Fair on Orbeliani Square in Tbilisi, in which two social enterprises “Peacock” and “Ialoni” created with the initiative of the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) took part.
The Easter Fair aimed to boost the economic viability of social enterprises in times of the pandemic crisis.
The social enterprise “Peacock”, located in Kutaisi promotes the socio-economic integration of persons with disabilities and socially vulnerable people. The enterprise presented greeting cards made by quilling techniques for Easter.
“Ialoni” aims to improve the socio-economic situation of people with disabilities. The social enterprise presented a variety of handmade Easter souvenirs.
