The training programme for the career consultants has been launched

Today, the training programme “Career Planning and Management” has been launched in Borjomi, within the framework of the EU-funded project “Learn for Employment”. The training will be held for the representatives of the Education Development and Employment Career (EDEC), the Counseling and Employment Service Centers, the Adjara Employment Agency (EAARA) and the State Employment Support Agency (SESA).

The programme aims to upskill the career consultants at providing the quality career planning services; to educate them about the essence, purpose and process of career planning and management; to share the foreign experience and the best practices of other countries; to equip them with the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills on the tools, techniques and methods necessary during career planning and management.

Combining several training components, the programme will last until the end of September, 2021. The participants will also attend a one-month online training and coaching.

The trainings are led by the career experts from the Institutional and Capacity Development Center (ICDC).
