Training continues for representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises living in Poti

On February 3-4, in  Poti, the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC) held a training session for representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises on the topic: “Financial management and business plan making”. The training was led by invited specialist Davit Gelutashvili.

The purpose of the training course was to introduce the components of the business plan to the trainees and to develop the skills of creating a business plan by discussing theoretical materials and practical examples.

The training was organized within the framework of the project “Capacity Building of Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises in Poti”, which is implemented with the support of the USAID Economic Security Program and APM Terminals Poti. In Poti, the project is implemented by the Education Development and Employment Center.
