The three-day training of trainers on social entrepreneurship in Bakuriani has concluded. The training was held at the hotel “Komorebi Bakuriani Resort”. It was attended by teachers from Imereti and Shida Kartli schools and students from higher education institutions who were selected through a competition. During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about social entrepreneurship, business registration, resource mobilization, business idea development, business plan structure, financial forms, marketing, and other important topics. The training was organized within the framework of the EU-funded project “Fostering Youth Social Entrepreneurship and Practical Career Management Skills in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia through the Innovative Social Student Companies (SSC) Approach”.
The project’s objective is to promote the participation of young people in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and Armenia, especially vulnerable young people, in democratic activities and the labor market, social cohesion, and the reduction of inequality in the Eastern Partnership countries through sustainable development.
