“Our possibilities are limitless, but often others see them better”
I graduated from Akaki Tsereteli State University with a qualification in food technology and food expertise. I am an active person, and employment was a priority for me. I received information about the Employment Center from a person using the program and decided to go there. This is how my first meeting with the employment consultants took place, who turned out to be very friendly and giving. Based on their consultation, they made an orientation plan for a career path tailored to me and told me that they would get in touch very soon. This meeting gave me a stimulus not to give up and to fight for the goal until the end.
Using the service turned out to be more than I imagined. Working with consultants helped me to increase my self-esteem, discover my own abilities, and to set more ambitious goals. I also realized that we have unlimited possibilities, we just need to discover them at an important stage of life, or be helped by others to find them.
With the help of the Employment Center, I went through the internship stage in the micro-finance organization “Smart Finance” LLC, and after completing it, based on testing, got a job as a cashier-operator. I am happy that I was able to do this.
